Walking Tours around Bridport’s Past
This Easter Bridport Museum brings back our popular guided walks. They were very popular last year so we have decided that, in 2016, they should run in both the summer and the Easter school holidays. Bruce Upton, the Museum’s Community Engagement Officer, will lead participants around some of Bridport’s key sites in the town’s development from its Saxon origins through to the present day.
The walks will be held on Tuesday or Thursday. The Easter School Holiday dates are:
- March: Tuesday 29th, Thursday 31st
- April: Tuesday 5th, Thursday 7th
The walks cost £2.50 per person, and leave from the Museum on South Street at 10.00am. Walks will last approximately 1.5 hours and will all be easy, level walking.
