It being almost elderflower making time I used to go to Spar on South street where they had a good home brewing section and get citric acid to make the cordial. Does anyone know where I can go for home brewing now that the shop has closed? Have you, gentle reader got any good recipes for homebrew? Preferably something a little more highbrow than this jail house hooch.

J'S Coffee shop is adjacent to Bucky Doo Square, serving top notch coffee and a wide selection of delicious sanwiches.

What is a Goujon? Well it ain’t far off a fish finger, Goujon is the French word for small, fried strips of fish,  these bad boys were served piping hot with fresh sauce tartare, crispy green salad with a lovely light dressing, borlotti beans and doorstep slices of bread.
