What better way to end the tour than in Weymouth, the spiritual home of the Bad Town On The Coast? The town that inspired the song that inspired the tour that will have you all out daytime drinking on a Sunday. Dorset hardcore assemble!
You might point out that Wyke Regis isn’t technically Weymouth, and you’d be right. Unfortunately, owing to the carnage we caused in town on Barry’s stag night some years ago (and foolishly admitting it in the lyrics of Smells Like Pea Fritter), we have been given a 10 year ban from the beaches, boozers and booby bars of Weymuff. Still, it’s just down the road and all set for a cracking evening and surely a rendition of Viva! Wyke Regis?
