Crowd funded via Startjoin, ‘Sell Off’ is a wake up call to the nation to defend the NHS from decades of backdoor privatisation. In this election year the choice is stark: either allow the NHS to be abolished, in all but name, or stand up for the best example of modern healthcare in the world.
