This coming Sunday at our local Arts Centre there is to be an event “Save Our Trick Factory” organized by the local group CYP (Community Youth Project).
It is hoped that it may lead to the possibility of obtaining a new premises to operate another indoor skate park in Bridport. Myself & other members of the now defunct Trick Factory team have now become involved in attempting to provide a ramp for the event. What may be provided is not clear at the moment as we are not sure what can be recycled from the remaining ramps at the unit.
Its all a bit 11th hour but I guess we have to remain hopeful it may just lead to that wonderful new location many have talked about over the years
