The Bridport and District Gardening Club Summer Show is on Saturday 30th August in the United Church Hall.This is an open show ie any one can exhibit by obtaining a schedule from Mike Rogers 01308 420 755. Entry form has to be returned by Wednesday 26th August to 9 Nursery Gardens Bridport.
There are classes for the usual fruit, vegetables, plants, flowers, floral arrangements, arts and handicrafts,jams, cookery and photography.
The show is open to the public from 12.30pm. Come along and see the blaze of colour produced by local people.

Bothenhampton Flower Show is on Saturday 6th September in the Village Hall Main Street. Exhibits accepted from local residents and childres class have been included. Entries on the day between 1.30 pm and 3.30 pm ( no enty form required). Show opens to the public at 5.00pm .
Classes include Vegetables, flowers,, fruit, preserves, cakes ( recipes provided), handicrafts, photographs.
