Folksy Theatre will be performing their open-air production of Shakespeare’s ‘The Taming Of The Shrew’ at The Hyde Residential Home Gardens on Thursday 31st July at 7pm.
Baptista has declared that no one may court his youngest daughter Bianca until first her older sister, the ill-tempered Katherine, is married. Petruchio, a brash young man from Verona, agrees to marry Katherine but can he tame her?
Set in the rockin’ 50’s, it’s The Shrew as you ve never seen it before. This production is filled with live music, large characters and guarantees to have audiences of young and old alike, laughing along.
