In celebration of local residents 40 years ago raising the funds to purchase Allington Hill, we are running a social history project. We would love to hear your memories, see your photos and memorabilia. All of which will be collated and given to Bridport History Centre, “Life within the shadows of Allington Hill”.
We are holding a talk and afternoon tea session where you can talk over old times, find out about historical events help us solve mysteries.
So next time you’re out walking on the hill, stop, chat to people and encourage them to come along.
