This Saturday 8th August 2026 Clocktower Records present Vinyl Saturday with record and CD stalls, market pop-ups, and shops all over Bridport joining in, plus two films showing at Oxenbury’s Yard, Gundry Lane, Bridport DT6 3RL
We’ve gone big for this one. Two films, one amazing new venue, one properly punk Saturday.
The Rise and Fall of The Clash Redux
Danny Garcia’s essential 2012 documentary on the Clash, recut with never-before-seen footage and interviews from the people who were actually there. It’s the inside story of how “the only band that matters” went from the biggest band in the world to falling apart from within. The rivalries, the betrayals, the managerial chaos. If you think you know the Clash story, this fills in the gaps.
Doors 3.30pm, film 4pm
Vive Le Punk
Fifty years on from the explosion, this documentary is having a premier on tour before streaming and catches up with four bands who are still out there doing it: Sham 69, 999, Ruts DC and The Boys. Rare archive, explosive live performances, and the punk ethos very much alive and kicking in 2026. It is genuinely rare to see a film like this on a big screen so grab your tickets now.
Doors 7pm, film 7.30pm
