Another evening well spent in No. 10, only this time to enjoy some tunes courtesy of Jinder. Many of my friends have raved to me about this talented gentleman and when the opportunity arose I couldn’t resist a chance to check him out. The atmosphere was mellow and relaxed, perhaps due to the knack Jinder has of making his audience comfortable, interacting with them with all the charisma of a true performer.
His set proved to be rather brilliant, interspersed with humorous anecdotes and, wonderfully, some tunes that featured the harmonica. (Admittedly I am a sucker for the harmonica, but trust me, it works!) His voice is, without question, remarkable, reminding me just a little of Jeff Buckley. He is undeniably talented, another example of the wonderful home-grown talent that Bridport is unleashing upon the music scene.
Jinder showcased some of his own songs, from his two (yes, you’ve read correctly; two!) upcoming albums, which from what I heard, are both going to be rather exciting!
With his captivating voice, huge talent and massive personality, Jinder is well worth a trip out to listen to, take it from me.
