On the 2nd March, the Jurassic Coast Team will be turning the West Bay Salt House into a little part of the World Heritage Site as part of our series of coast-wide Roadshow events.
The aim of the Roadshow is to give local residents a chance to see a presentation to find out more about the World Heritage Site, see what has happened since inscription and to find out what is going to happen over the next few years. There will also be a drop-in hour from 5-6 and family activities available throughout the afternoon, including a Jurassic Coast Fossil dig and a fossil touch table.
The free event will start at 4pm with a presentation by the Team, followed by the drop-in session from 5-6pm. The presentation will be repeated at 6pm. Please drop in at any time for a cup of tea or coffee. It would be great to see you there, and we would also be grateful if you could forward this message to others who you think might be interested.
