Following the success of the quiz at Christmas when over 50 people came to answer specialist questions about the Bridport Arts Centre as well questions on food, sport, music and general knowledge the Arts Centre has decided it is time for another. This quiz will be raising funds for the BACStage Summer School for young people between the ages of 12 and 18 when they will be learning new skills, including street performing, so watch out for them on the BAC forecourt.
On Friday 29 June at 7.30 teams of 6 will be gathering to be quizzed by the director Polly Gifford who will be ably supported by Mark the Marker, with his spreadsheet of scores that update themselves! Call the box office on 01308 424204 to buy tickets, at £5.00 each, and either bring a group of six or let Jill at the box office know that you are happy to join others to make up a team. The chair of the trustees, Trevor Ware has again given a fantastic side of smoked salmon as the prize for the quiz raffle, last year it was won by the Mayor!
