The stereoscopic photo of Askers Roadhouse below is actually a glass slide. It was sent in by Derek Barnsley who says “All I know about it is that it was taken on someones family holiday to Wales and the West Country in either 1934 or 1935”.

I can remember some fab Raves here in the 80’s, frequent Police visits, long walks home, then the fire! I was always told it was a favorite with swingers and the like, after all it’s a long way to go to walk your dog!!
