Backstage Biz is running a taster day in Introduction into Live Sound at Bridport Arts centre on 25th September.
This day of learning is suitable for musicians that wish to know more about their own PA sound Systems and people of any age that have an interest in Live sound wanting to either further their career or hobby.
It will be a practical day of unpacking the basics of a system, getting to know all the various components as to where they go and what they do. Putting together the system and making it all work, incorporating fault finding and safety issues.
It has proved to be a fun day of learning new skills, or refreshing on previous knowledge, it has also been good networking for people attending and aims to answer as many questions as possible over
the day.
It starts at 10am till 4.30pm at a small charge of £50 payable before the day, cheques paid to Backstage Biz CIC, please register with either Carolyn or Doug details at the bottom of this page.
You will also need to bring your own lunch but Tea and Coffee will be supplied.
