This morning the cabinet of Dorset County Council voted one hundred percent in favour of proceeding investigations for the waste management site (tip) at Broomhills. Of Course there are many potential stumbling blocks, particularly with the highways Agency and, of course the obscene amounts of money (£77K) to research whether the site is suitable or not. This brings the amount of OUR money spent on 'jobs for the boys' to nearly half a million pounds.
