There seems to be some confusion as to when these new recycling boxes and bags should be put out and frankly it’s no wonder the pamphlets issued with these items were unclear to say the least and were the first things I put in my waste paper bag. Well those of us online can just go to the WDDC website and find out, spread the word.
KERBSIDE CONFUSION
Well in the Bridport news it cameout he died of a Drug overdose. So in future we can look forward to bank holidays, plaque on schools and maybe even a new road dedicated to the next OD in the town?????!!
The enviroment needs to be managed, when a pest species become out of hand. They are culled to a resonable level. I have lived here all my life and the high volumes of seagulls in town can when the Bothenhampton land fill was closed up. And the gulls simply moved to the next best food source….TOWN….alis kebab shop etc. I expect the people who have not been here five minutes do not know this. Cull the Gull and the Badgers!

The leaflet, as far as I can remember, said put your recycling out 30mins before your refuse collection time. This was 7am for me, it’s now 15.45 and it’s still there. I’ve just seen a (presumably) disabled person in (or is that on?)one of those scooter things struggling to get past all the stuff on the pavement. Last week was the supposed collection date, but my stuff was still there the following day. WDDC, if you’re reading this, sort it out please!
Keep death off the roads
When the truck finally did arrive at approx 4.45pm to collect the recycling which had been cluttering the street since 7am, it drove along the pavement! Who is responsible for repairs to our pavements, WDDC? Who pays?…we the council taxpayers. Is this a conspiracy? Seriously WDDC please ask your drivers to keep their vehicles on the road.

us up the London Inn Hamlet, about twelve or more households have not been presented with anything to put recycling materials in! I’ve phoned and e-mailed WDDC, and as yet had nothing, or been told anything! do we exist? its the place where speed freaks do their overtaking!! we also need double yellow lines out here, but a few need to die first! there, now I feel better, cheers Bridport Radio.

Is it urban myth or truth beyond doubt???? I keep hearing, in all sorts of places and from a very mixed populace, that all the “”””recycled”””” salvage actually ends up in Landfill-can anybody confirm that the recycling is actually recyled please??
