We are sad to report that Collin Phillips of Symondsbury Cider Shed fame passed away on Tuesday 20th September 2022. A good friend to many, a big family man, a stunning chef – his roast potatoes (par-boiled in cider) were better than your nan’s. True to his word he never left us the recipe for his game stew*. Collin was a great storyteller; his knowledge of rural life from yesteryear was unsurpassed, hilarious and interesting. He will be missed.
