Jack Harrison is a twenty-four year-old writer, guitar player and singer. He has spent a number of years moving between London and the South West, passing through many other towns and cities along the way with an often desperate wanderlust; meeting folks, making sense, losing touch, believing in songs. He writes and sings on many topics, from madness and love, through to medication and economic flailing and plays guitar with a percussive, finger picking technique, influenced clearly by the likes of Paul Simon, Bob Dylan, Nick Drake and other performing songwriters of this ilk. Jack often plays shows with his and long-time musical collaborator Joseph Trudgeon’s Jack Kerouac inspired collective, the Dharma Bums, who weave between genres including blues, alternative, jazz, folk, folk-rock and psychedelia.
