David 9 Lunas is a highly accomplished singer-songwriter and self confessed ‘free-spirit’ from London, playing his own unique brand of ‘contemporary punk folk blues’, crafted over his twenty years playing as a professional musician.
Previously he has played guitar with the band No Sweat, who had a number one hit in Ireland, David now performs as a solo artist, touring extensively around the country.
Influenced by the likes of Jeff Buckley and Elliot Smith, David 9 Lunas practices like a classical player, six or more hours a day on slide guitar and finger picking.
David will be performing songs from his excellent album ‘Rain Water & Wine’ from 9pm, why not make a night of it and enjoy eating in our restaurant and then heading downstairs to catch the wonderful David 9 Lunas?
