Journalist and writer TRAVIS comes to Eype Arts Centre on THURSDAY, JULY 15th at 6.30pm for a jolly summer evening of entertainment in an illustrated talk with occasional music which provides the background to his forthcoming book WISH YOU WERE HERE….The English by the Sea or as you see from the copy of the cover England On Sea!
The book is published on July 8th and this is your chance to meet the author, buy this informative and entertaining book and have Travis sign it for you. It is great holiday reading! After all the English from 1700 really invented the seaside and spread its appeal not only to the likes of Morecombe and Bognor but exported it to Marbella, Brazil and beyond.
