May Day Earth Fair Sunday May 1st 2011 12 – 4pm Broadoak, Bridport.
A vision to celebrate and showcase our local community – inspiring, networking and having fun, concentrating on sustainability, sharing and swapping. Here, on our local field for a day, there will be a free place to display and explore positive solutions for quality living.
We need lots of people to help make it happen, and to come along and share. Everyone has something to offer – come and join us to help create this uplifting event.
We need people to take responsibility for particular areas such as:
· Rural Skills
· Health and Healing
· Demonstrations and Talks
· Children’s Activities
· Food and Drink
· Publicity for local organisations who need members/volunteers
· Entertainment
· Swap Shops (plants and seeds, books, clothes)
We also need people who will share their passion, service or cause by setting up a display or stall on the day. No cost, no selling.
