The Schmoozenbergs at BEACH & BARNICOTT Friday 28th July
Beach & Barnicott are excited to announce the return to Bridport of The Schmoozenbergs, Bristol based Gypsy jazz quartet.
Comprising of two duelling guitars, double bass and violin the band conjure the mood of 1930’s Paris with a steamy fusion of traditional gypsy jazz and the swinging heat of the American Jazz scene.
With numbers inspired by guitarist Django Reinhardt and French violinist Stephane Grappelli, as well as their own compositions and improvisations, this promises to be an energetic night of hot swing.
Entry is free and begins at 9pm on the 28th July.
