Tony says “The Workshops will run once a week from mid July, the sessions will be appx 3 hrs in the morning 10 – 1 pm or evening 6 – 9. The day and time will be sorted when I have some recruits and we can agree a time/day to suit them.
The workshops are designed to be fun and everyone gets to do the cooking, it’s not just a demo. If you look at the ad in the Bridport View it gives a good breakdown of the topics we cover, but the workshops tend to be led by what the people want or need to learn whilst covering the main ingredients and cooking methods.”
