To mark International Women’s Day this year, Bridport is to host a week-long festival celebrating women’s achievements and the continuing struggle towards equality. The programme, which runs from 4th to 11th March, includes music, art, plays, walks, discussions, talks and much more. The festival has been co-ordinated by Bridport Feminist Network and brochures with the full programme of events are available from The Arts Centre and Tourist Information.
