Bridport's now famous Charter Fair takes place on Saturday, 2nd July in South Street, the Arts Centre and the Borough Gradens (all accessible from South Street) and includes a whole host of entertainment including stalls, bands, dancers, skateboard ramps, food, face painting and various other attractions. Takes place from 9am til 3pm and is FREE!
The Bridport Charter Fair is a celebration of Bridport's Borough status being granted in 1253, during the reign of King Henry III making this the 758th Anniversary.
