Don’t forget it is the Jurassic Fields Music Festival Duck Race Fundraiser this Sunday with your chance to win £250 first prize. The race will start at the Bridge to Amsafe Bridport in St Swithins and finish at the Bridge at the rear of Tanners in the Bus Station. The Fire Brigade will be present with an Engine collecting the ducks.
After the race festival bands Shelbys Elbows, Mutter Slater and Resident DJ ‘Tatoo’d Beat Messiah’ will be performing at the back of Tanners. There will be a BBQ and Raffle throughout the Afternoon.
Prizes
1st Prize in the duck race is £250, 2nd £100 and 3rd £50. We will be selling ducks at The Ropewalk Fair on 11th May at the Millenium Green and outside the Tourist Information Centre on 17th and 24th May. Please come along and support and enjoy a sneak preview of a few of the bands that will be participating in this years festival.
