IN MEMORIAM

Jack Mc Donnell 1980 – 2007

Like a shooting star Jack's life was short-lived
But the shortness of time takes away nothing from the awe inspiring brilliance and beauty of what has been.

He will be sorely missed by his friends and family.

A poem by Jacks mother Anne.

My son, my light
My life, my joy
I raised you
My only boy

The times we shared,
The joy, the sorrow,
I can't believe
There's no tomorrow

You held me up
When I was down
You were a devil
And a clown

We laughed, we cried
We joked, we sparred
Life without you
Will be so hard

Find peace my son
And feel no pain
I know I'll meet
With you again.

  1. Can’t imagine the pain and any thing i say seems trite but Jack was a good kid and a very likeable adult. His smile was pretty amazing and he always had a twinkle in his eye.Well remembered and God Bless.x
