The CENTRE FOR CRIMINAL APPEALS is looking for a volunteer intern to assist in working to overturn miscarriages of justice from early SEPTEMBER 2015. The placement is in a home office in Symondsbury, near Bridport, working under the supervision of a lawyer who specialises in criminal appeal cases. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in document analysis, case investigation, paralegal skills and the criminal justice system.
A minimum commitment of 30 hours per week over at least 4 days per week for 3 months is required. This means that the internship can be combined with paid part time evening and weekend work elsewhere. If you are interested in applying, please email jess.haley@criminalappeals.org.uk.
