When Clive Bath became President of the Rotary Club of Bridport he nominated Weldmar Hospicecare to be his charity for the year. Now that his year is over he, along with the new President and President Elect, came to Joseph Weld Hospice to present the cheque to Caroline Nickinson their Director of Fundraising.
During his year, sadly, a fellow Rotarian from the Club passed away having been cared for by Weldmar and a special summer lunch in his memory was held to raise additional funds.
Clive Bath said “I am delighted to be able to present Weldmar with a cheque for £1,100 to help towards providing vital care to patients in our local communities”.
