Washingpool Farm Shop in Bridport is hosting a book signing and demonstration event for Honeybuns Gluten-Free Baking on the afternoon of Wednesday 26th September.
Honeybuns Bakery, situated in Holwell near Sherborne, makes handmade, multi award winning gluten- and wheat-free cakes, some of which are also dairy-free. Their range includes cake, brownies, flapjacks, shortbreads, cookies and a new range of savouries. All the delicious products are made on their farm in Dorset using locally and thoughtfully sourced ingredients.
Emma Goss-Custard and Charlotte Drake-Smith from the bakery will be at Washingpool Farm from 2.30-4.30 on Wednesday 26th September. Emma will be demonstrating how to make Scrumdiddleyumptious Blueberry Flan from the book, along with suggestions about different seasonal ingredients, answer queries about gluten-free baking and the versatility of their recipes and to sign their book. The book and sample cakes will be on sale during the event.
