There is a new dining experience in the area. Love Dining is an ‘occasional restaurant’ in the romantic surroundings of Symondsbury Manor. It will combine elegance and pleasure with an ethical approach: every menu will focus on seasonal ingredients sourced from local suppliers, prepared to bring out the qualities of our great Dorset food, served in a seventeenth century panelled room over the course of a leisurely evening. Love Dining’s inaugural meal will be Thursday May 26.
You will be treated to a 3 course dinner, cooked by River Cottage chef Gideon Hitchin www.gideon-hitchin-catering.co.uk. Cocktails and canapés will be served on the lawn before diners take their seats in the candle-lit ballroom. Chef Gideon will introduce his menu and the origin of his ingredients before dinner is served. You will be one of only 40 diners so the atmosphere will not only be friendly and welcoming but also intimate and leisurely.
